ROCKMAX mgo board, also call magnesium sulfate board. it is made from nature minerals including: magnesium oxide powder, magnesium sulfate, perlite, reinforced by plant fiber and glass mesh fiber. ROCKMAX use newest chloride free technology to produce 100% noncorrosive fireproof board for steel frame partition. It is class A fireproof, moisture proof, impact resistant, low heat conduction, highly recommend for interior fireproof partition board and ceiling.

Our principle of formulation design base on minimize organic content as less as possible that could easily pass fireproof test EN 13501-1:2007 and ASTM E 84-12 with excellent result.

Breathable and Durable for inteiror partition
Rockmax mgo board is breathable wall panel could adjust in house moisture content, not too dry or wet. Dimension stable during moisture move from 30%-90%. It will not mold or soft in wet environment.
Heat and Sound Insulation
Rockmax mgo board has low thermal conductivity 0.218W/m.K,tested to ASTM C 158, Sound insulation of 12mm 39(DB).
Snap Cut and Handle Easily
Rockmax mgo board can be easily score and snap cut by ultility knife. Rockmax mgo board as light as gypsum board can be handle easily. It will not break during install and edge screw.
Green and Safe
Rockmax is noncorrosive certified mgo board allow to use in steel frame partition. It is a green partition board does not contain any formaldehyde and asbestos or any harmful substance, tested to EN REACH regulation.
